happinessand asked: I've been losing weight from the right side of my body first... I thought I was the only one, it's weird. Left thigh is just a little more thick.

Very weird! Well I’m glad we’re not the only ones! :) I remember reading that our bodies have deep ends and shallow ends, and apparently my right side is a deep end- but it’ll all come off eventually!

Do you ever notice your body being uneven?

I lose weight from my left side far more easily than my right. Weird, right?

I’m doing the Santa Shuffle!

I need some motivation to keep on running, and hitting the gym as I have  been so busy with school, work and life! Which is a terrible excuse, I know, but honestly, I have been super busy!

However, I need something to commit myself to doing MORE, so I decided to sign up for the Santa Shuffle in Vancouver on December 1, 2012! It’s just a fun run (5K) but it’s a lot more than I could do now, so I must get ready to go! Hopefully I can lose about 20-30 more pounds before then, and that will hopefully help with my running! It’s easier to lug your body around when it weighs less!

Anyway, I am looking forward to doing the fun run with my guy + I am looking forward to getting into running! Nothing more motivating than paying for a race and committing to complete it!

What are you guys doing to commit yourselves even further into your weight loss?

Me today. Let’s check back in two weeks!

Me today. Let’s check back in two weeks!

Great day!

Everything is great. That’s my new mantra.

I had a great meeting with a freelance client, got some $$ which was great and now I’m at the gym. And I’m pumped to be on track.

I usually feel beautiful when I lift weights but today I didn’t. I need to get back on track and see this body change!!

So here we go, here’s to publishing my food diary everyday (my name is madisonghope) on there, follow me!) and working out everyday! Whether that’s a night time walk on Saturday, (can’t make it to the gym because of school) or getting my butt to the gym everyday.

I’ve done it before I can do it again. In just thankful I haven’t slipped too far backwards.

Here’s to another 20 (minimum) pounds by graduation! (November)
